AWS Lambda: update dependencies (#439)

* fix fast-xml-parser security issue.
* update types to nodejs20
* replace deprecated @aws-sdk/node-http-handler with @smithy/node-http-handler, which requires bundling as it's not included in the Lambda runtime.
